Our purpose?

At Utah Valley Puppy Yoga, our purpose is to give back to animals in need by raising money each month and donating it to local animal shelters. We aim to increase awareness about shelter pets and support the incredible work these organizations do in caring for them. While we aren’t always able to bring shelter animals directly into our sessions due to individual shelter policies and regulations, we remain fully committed to helping in every way we can. Our goal is to make a meaningful impact supporting shelters, spreading awareness, and helping as many animals as possible find safe, loving homes NO MATTER THEIR CIRCUMSTANCE!

Where does my money go?

Your support goes directly toward helping animals in need. A portion of every purchase is put towards donating to local animal shelters, where it helps provide essentials like food, medical care, enrichment activities, and safe housing for pets waiting for homes. Your contribution also supports efforts to raise awareness about adoptable animals, increasing their chances of finding loving, permanent families. Even when we can’t host shelter animals at our events due to policy restrictions, your support still plays a meaningful role in improving their lives and helping them get adopted.

Why did we start Utah Valley Puppy Yoga?

We created Utah Valley Puppy Yoga as a fun, uplifting way to give back to local animal shelters. Our goal is to raise as much support as possible for shelters while creating a positive, engaging experience for our community. By combining wellness with a meaningful cause, we aim to increase awareness for shelter animals and help improve their lives while they wait for loving homes.

Where do the puppies come from?

The puppies we work with come from local breeders in the area. We take care to partner with sources that prioritize healthy, well-cared-for puppies raised in loving environments.

While we would love to feature shelter puppies, most shelters are unable to provide the number of puppies needed for our classes or have policies that prevent animals from participating in events like ours. Because of this, we currently work with local breeders to make the experience and donations possible.

That said, we are actively working to build relationships and trust with local shelters with the long-term goal of eventually including shelter animals in our classes whenever possible.
