Do I need to bring my own mat?

No, we will provide the mats for you. You are welcome to bring your own mat, but beware that the puppies might bite and go potty on it.

How long are the classes?

The classes are about 60 min. You will be doing a slow and relaxed sessions of yoga while puppies are running around you. You will do about 25-30 min of yoga and the rest of the time will be dedicated to playing with the puppies.

How many people can I bring?

You are allowed to bring as many people as you want, as long as there are class spots available..
